Ernestine Shepherd is 81 years old woman and is the oldest competing female bodybuilder. This iron-pumping grannie from Baltimore fitness-savvy Guinness World Record holder is the picture of aging gracefully. Shepherd started training for her first bodybuilding competition—and placed first, even though she was up against women far younger than her. And she’s gone on to win 2 bodybuilding titles since then. She also became the record holder for being the Guinness World Record’s oldest competitive bodybuilder in 2010 and 2011.
